Pattern, Reading, Layout and Drafting at Kettering’s Rosewood w/ Tracy McElfresh

Join me, Tracy McElfresh to learn the ins and outs of sewing patterns.Students learn the history of pattern sizing, how to take measurements, how to read a pattern, popular symbols, tips on buying patterns and much more. As a special bonus, students spend the last hour drafting a simple A line skirt pattern. Students should bring a note pad, pin or pencil and a tape measure if available.
